Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Once your site is paid in full, the site is yours too.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There's no long contract. Hosting is paid ahead by the month or the year. If you cancel, your site stays up through the time you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. Paid time isn't refunded, and you leave with your domain and your site.
How long does it take?
Most simple sites can be ready to launch within 1-2 weeks once we have the content and materials we need.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, some photos, and the basics: what you do, where you work, and how customers reach you. Don't have it all together yet? That's normal. We'll help you figure out what you need.
What does hosting include?
We keep your site online and secure and handle the technical upkeep, so you don't have to. Managed hosting adds up to an hour of changes each month, for things like new photos, updated hours, or a price change.
